[PRESS] Your Words and Actions Reflect Your Personal Brand
Featured on Colorado Women’s Chamber of Commerce, April 1, 2017.

In this day and age, every word you speak and every action you take shows others who you are and what you stand for. Instead of being a passive participant in building your reputation, right now is the prime opportunity to take charge and craft your personal brand to benefit your career. You will learn more about how to hone in on your personal brand at the ATHENA Conference session, “Delivering on Your Promise – Translating Your Personal Brand into an Effective Social Presence”, presented by myself, Helene Kwong, and Diane B. Zile of JERA Partnerships.
At Hashtagitude, we specialize in helping lifestyle businesses build their online presence through our digital marketing services. Our small yet mighty team of three works with our clients closely in order to accurately portray their brands online and further grow their businesses by making genuine connections with their fans and customers, which translates into more revenue and sustained success for our clients. We also organize a variety of free and paid events in the Denver area, so we’d love to see you at one of our events sometime.
I have been a member of the Colorado Women’s Chamber of Commerce since the summer of 2016 and have enjoyed meeting women professionals from diverse industries. One of my personal missions in life is to always continue to learn and build upon what I know, so the CWCC has helped me further my professional and personal development with their luncheons and roundtable events.
I hope to see you at the ATHENA Awards Luncheon & Conference on April 12th!

One of our first visitors to Modworks in 2014 and now a loyal member since September 2015, Hashtagitude Digital Marketing provides lifestyle businesses digital marketing services with an emphasis on community building for these businesses: a touch of ‘old-school’ concepts combined with the fast-paced world of technology. Services include social media marketing, content marketing (blog posts, videography, photography), and email marketing. Hashtagitude’s small yet mighty team of three is led by Helene Kwong, a strong supporter of the local coworking scene and building communities overall. Helene and her team enjoy being a part of Modworks because of the urban and modern professional setting and all the great members that are a part of the coworking space. “It’s always fun to strike up conversations with other members while in the kitchen area. So many good opportunities to get to know one another,” said Helene. “I’ve felt so welcomed since being at Modworks. The space is casual enough to be able to chat with other members and yet still maintains a professional office vibe. This is why I really enjoy being at Modworks,” said Summer.
Helene and her team work from one of our Dedicated Desk areas - a space that is open, bright and buzzing with collaborative energy. The space is conveniently located next to a conference room, printing station and boasts a tremendous view of the front range. Seeing the radiance of a Colorado sunset is a typical part of Hasthagitude’s workday during the winter months.
The Pros & Cons of Social Media Scheduling Tools
Everyone can pretty much agree that humans don’t have eight arms-well, at least we can hope. With that being said, having eight arms would be pretty helpful considering there are so many social media services out there, you’d need eight arms to control them all. Luckily, there are now social media scheduling tools (such as Buffer, Hootsuite, and Sprout Social) to help people alleviate their workflow.
Social media scheduling tools won’t fix all your social media woes, though. Today, we are going to discuss the pros and cons of social media scheduling tools:
